Our weekly meetings are the backbone of our community.
These meetings foster a collective experience of learning and development. By crowd-sharing our knowledge, we help each other on the journey of integrating our path in both our personal and professional lives.
Each meeting starts with a short guided meditation after the sounding of the bell.
Every three weeks, we host a professional speaker and/or author to give a presentation on the subject of business and mindfulness. Following the presentation there is an opportunity for sharing, questions and answers.
Previous to the weekly meetings during which there is no speaker, participants are invited to submit questions or issues they are dealing with. These are distributed to members of the group before the meeting so that all may give them some forethought. After the opening meditation some of these are discussed among the group, sharing thoughts and experiences.
Additional parts of the meetings may include introductions, celebrations, updates and announcements.
