Each week you meet with your accountability buddy to set goals for the coming week and beyond, while also reporting back to them on your progress.
As someone who leads a businesses, you are not accountable to anyone but yourself. Perhaps you have a business coach or mentor who encourages you and helps you along. An accountability buddy is a peer who you help and who helps you brainstorm, problem-solve and plan your business and holds you accountable for where you said you want your business to go and what you said you were going to accomplish.
